CE 02 Scooter Raffle Rules

  1. Raffle ticket sales begin February 21, 2024, and end July 1, 2024. All ticket orders must be purchased on or before the drawing on July 1, 2024.
  2. Prize drawing will be held on July 1, 2024. Ticket buyers do not have to be present to win.
  3. Raffle tickets may be ordered online at merch.longbeachbmwmotorcycles.com. You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase a ticket. Multiple ticket purchases by a single buyer are permissible. Confirmation of ticket orders will be returned via email. A complete list of ticket buyers, along with the purchaser's drawing number(s), will be published at longbeachbmwmotorcycles.com before the drawing.
  4. The odds of winning depend on the final number of tickets sold. The complete winner's list will be posted at longbeachbmwmotorcycles.com. Winners claiming their prize must present photo identification and ticket purchase will be verified. Winners are subject to all applicable taxes. Consult your local tax professional for exact tax liability.
  5. Long Beach BMW Motorcycles reserves the right to replace, substitute, or exchange any of the prizes listed with a similar prize of equal or greater value.
  6. Long Beach BMW Motorcycles and its employees, contractors, and their immediate families are ineligible to win. Immediate family is defined as spouse and dependent children. Long Beach BMW Motorcycles, their officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, or any person or organization affiliated with Long Beach BMW Motorcycles will not assume any liability for any loss, injury, claim or otherwise resulting from any prize obtained through the sale of a ticket. By submitting an order for a raffle ticket and receiving a drawing number, the buyer acknowledges this limitation of liability and assumes any liability and will hold harmless the Long Beach BMW Motorcycles or any affiliate for any liability resulting from the purchase of this ticket or any prize resulting therefrom.
